I define convergence as the act of coming together, finding common purpose and connecting values, behaviours and rituals.
I define growth as the strategic development of individual, family and business ventures over time and across generations.
Through a sustainable approach, we focus on meeting the needs of the present without compromising the ability to meet the needs of future generations.
We achieve our goal when the needs of the individual, the family, and the business converge and grow sustainably through this and onto the next generation.
THE INDIVIDUAL
It all starts with the individual and his/her need to be trusted and credible. It then evolves into how we, as human beings, have impact and influence and build relationships with others. And it continues into how we develop identity, trust, collaboration, and authentic communication with those around us. At the core, we are talking about “who we are” and “what we do” and our path to the leaders we choose to be.
Within a family and family-business environment, this journey is so much more complex and emotionally charged. We know it intimately well, and have spent the past four decades productively supporting our clients through their development journeys.
Our focus is on working with current and future (next generation) family and business leaders, so that the individuals become the best versions of themselves.

THE BUSINESS
Sometimes, the issues affecting the business are urgent. Other times, family relationships create distractions in the business. At times, business difficulties generate tension within the family. In occasions, it’s about long term decisions, such as planning for a leadership transition in years to come. Some families may be facing the challenges of selling their operating business, or seeking to expand the family venture through a family office or philanthropic foundation. The family and the family business cross paths in so many different and complex ways.
Our focus is on guaranteeing a perfect integration between family and business expectations and value generation.
