I am a Portuguese American who lived and worked most of my life in the USA, Canada and London before moving to Barcelona.

A product of American Universities and a Partner at a strategic consulting firm in the 80s, I became a coach, mentor and strategic advisor to CEOs, senior leaders, entrepreneurs, and senior leadership teams in a significant number of the major global companies (including many Fortune 100), innovative companies operating in new ecosystems and dynamic family-owned businesses.

I am also a coach and a leadership and business advisor to senior partners in Professional Services Firms (Big4 Firms and Consultancies) and Law Firms.

I am a member of the Forbes Coaches Council and a business mentor at Torch

I am a co-founder at THE CORE – Family and Business Advisors, an initiative focused on the development of individuals, families, and family businesses to promote convergence and sustainable growth. I am also a co-founder of Costa-Cavallo, a boutique of senior advisors specialised in working with Middle Market companies and business owners.

I work interchangeably in English, Spanish, Portuguese and French and spend most of my time collaborating with clients throughout Europe, North and South America and Asia Pacific.
