About Me

From the very beginning, coaching has always been at the core of my passions.

For the past 38 years I have been an Executive and Team Coach working globally with CEOs, C-Level Executives, Business Owners and top talent in a significant number of the major global companies (including a significant number of Fortune 500), innovative companies operating in new ecosystems and dynamic family owned businesses.

During the past 28 years, I have also been an Executive and Team Coach and a “consultant to consultants” developing partners and top talent at major consultancies, Big4 Firms and Legal Firms where I

  • Coach and develop partners and top talent
  • Develop C-Level client relationship methodologies and engaging commercial processes
  • Coach senior teams working to win major bids

I was born in Portugal, lived 25 years in the USA and spent 10 years in London before moving to Barcelona.

I also work globally as “trusted advisor” to CEOs, C-Level Executives and Business Owners as a Global Transformation Specialist, a Post Deal Integration Specialist, a Corporate Offsite Designer and Facilitator, and a High Performance Team Builder, with a particular focus on the

Over the past 38 years, I have developed extensive expertise in a number of areas and I am invited to speak regularly at conferences, senior management and leadership offsites and other corporate events. I am also invited as subject matter expert to provide thought leadership to various types of events and think tanks. I am a clear and engaging communicator, keen storyteller, and I have a wonderful way of connecting with people at a very personal level. My public speaking engagements are in Spanish, English and Portuguese…three languages that I am equally fluid in.

I also collaborate with a number of business schools in the USA, Europe and Asia Pacific, where I participate as a senior leadership and talent developer in the design of tailor made executive development programs.

I work interchangeably in English, Spanish, Portuguese and French and spend most of my time collaborating with clients throughout Europe, North and South America and Asia Pacific.

I believe change starts at home; as I shift my behaviours and as I adapt how I connect with others... they will also shift the way in which they engage with the world around them

Someone somewhere decided business had to be complex and complicated; well... I disagree; people like it simple, accessible and doable

I always start with a blank sheet of paper and recognise the uniqueness of every situation; I listen, I watch, I connect and I engage with others... and then I co-create and I co-design... moving, shifting and adapting as the situation requires

every person, every business and every situation is different and offers a new opportunity to innovate a design new approaches and solutions

if I didn’t love it, I wouldn’t be doing it; I am fortunate to witness profound transformations and interact with fabulous people and inspiring leaders everyday... and I love it

people are more engaged and receptive when they enjoy what they are doing, have fun and... even enjoy a good laugh

climbing to the top of the mountain is challenging, but if we take it a step-at-a-time, we will make it; it is the small things we do differently everyday that produce the most powerful and sustainable results

the more diverse the people I build relationships and work with, the richer we all are; every dimension of diversity brings endless opportunities to create new and engaging solutions

after all, we only have this world; if we are not sensitive and respectful of its needs, we will not be leaving a very good legacy to our children and grandchildren
