I develop CEOs, senior executives, and leadership teams to grow and succeed in times of uncertainty and rapid change.
I am a Portuguese American who lived and worked in the USA, Canada and in London before moving to Barcelona. After spending 25 years in the USA (a product of American Universities and a Partner at a strategic consulting firm in the 80s), I became a coach, mentor and strategic advisor to CEOs, C-Level executives, business owners, and senior management teams in a significant number of the major global companies (including many Fortune 100), innovative companies operating in new ecosystems and dynamic family-owned businesses. I am a co-founder at THE CORE – Family and Business Advisors (www.the-core.es), an initiative focused on the development of individuals, families, and family businesses to promote convergence and sustainable growth. I am also a co-founder of Costa-Cavallo (www.costa-cavallo.com), a boutique of senior advisors specialised in working with Middle Market companies and business owners.
Over the past 40 years, I developed extensive expertise in several areas and I am invited to speak regularly at conferences, senior management, leadership, and other corporate events. I am also invited as strategy subject matter expert to provide thought leadership to several think tanks.
I work interchangeably in English, Spanish, Portuguese and French and spend most of my time collaborating with clients throughout Europe, North and South America and Asia Pacific.
